Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. We estimate most orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days, the exact delivery time will vary depending on when the order is placed, and how busy we are. In exceptional circumstances we can provide a next day delivery service, however this is not guaranteed and you'll need to contact us to confirm it.

Q. How are the tiaras packaged, do they come in a presentation box?

A. We pack all tiaras in strong cardboard boxes to enable safe delivery. We also sell clear plastic tiara boxes, and when these are ordered with a tiara we pack the tiaras in them and then place both into the cardboard postal box.

Q. If my tiara is not suitable can I send it back for a refund or to exchange it?

A. We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable tiaras, all we ask is that they are returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice.

Q. How much does postage and packaging cost?

A. Below is a table with details of all the postage rates.

• Europe (EU) - £6.50
• Europe (Non EU) - £7.50
• USA - £7.50
• Australia - £9.50

Q. My Country's not listed in the shipping table, can I still purchase?

A. Unfortunately at this time we can only ship to the regions and countries listed above, if you think your country should be listed, please email us and we'll see if we can add it.

Q. If I purchase more than one tiara is the postage cost still the same?

A. Yes we charge a fixed postage rate regardless of order size, so for example a UK customer buying 3 tiaras still only pays £3.50 Postage & Packaging.
